Item Descriptions
Foreshore Dynamic aims to ensure that customers have a complete and detailed understanding of the products for sale by providing as much information as possible. We regularly check to make sure photos, descriptions and inventory are up to date and correct.
We are however, human, so if there’s a mistake, we’re really sorry, but we can’t be held legally liable for that. We would however like to hear from you if you think that something isn’t right either on the web site or other locations online within our control.
Ordering
When you order something at Foreshore Dynamic you’re entering into an agreement to pay the price and postage. Once full payment is cleared, your item will be delivered within 12-48 hours using your chosen postage method.

Privacy Policy
Foreshore Dynamic will require your name and address and to complete a transaction with us, and to ensure delivery. During checkout, you’ll be directed through to PayPal where you can pay from your own PayPal account funds, a credit card of your choice, or to be debited from your bank account. The information you use during payment is not available to Foreshore Dynamic and is purely confidential between yourself and PayPal and maintained securely via their facilities. The only information we collect is the necessary delivery details.
All of this information is strictly confidential, and will not be disclosed outside of Foreshore Dynamic without your express authorisation or unless we are required to do so by law. We will never give away or sell your personal information to anyone under any circumstances.
You may be asked if you would like more information, to be sent an e-newsletter for example. This is by no means compulsory, and if you do sign up and change your mind later, you can simply unsubscribe by using the link within the e-mail.
